NCUIRE Racial Justice Program- Research Assistant application

This application is only for projects that deal with Racial Justice. Prospective faculty mentors are to complete this form on behalf of a student who want to become a NCUIRE Research Assistant. Do remember that students must be currently enrolled in a New College major to be eligible for a stipend. Students with majors from other ASU colleges must select the class credit option.
A copy of this completed form with all responses will be sent via email to the prospective faculty mentor only.
