Harlaxton, England - Study Abroad

From June 3 to July 8, ASU students will take up residence at Harlaxton Manor, England, for a six-credit course studying the intersections of British literature and landscape. Discussing works by authors such as Emily Brontë, William Wordsworth, Alfred Tennyson, Kazuo Ishiguro, Bram Stoker, and Beatrix Potter, students will also visit locations such as North Yorkshire National Park, the Lake District, the seaside village of Whitby, Lincoln Cathedral, Harry Potter Studios, and London, where they will see a Shakespeare production at the Globe Theatre. This general-education course welcomes all majors.
