You’re now on your way to becoming part of the most innovative and forward-thinking university in the nation. Follow the below steps to take action on your admittance to ASU and New College.
Your ASURITE User ID grants you access to My ASU and university services. You’ll find reminders for things like submitting your final transcripts, sending in your test scores and submitting your immunization forms. When you activate your ASURITE User ID, you will select to have your ASU email forwarded to a personal account. It's important to check your email often for time-sensitive notifications and next steps about enrollment. You'll have access to your official ASU email when classes begin. You can check which email your ASU email is forwarding to by looking in the profile tab in My ASU. Activate your ASURITE User ID
If you need helping logging in, you can have your activation code for My ASU sent to you by visiting admission.asu.edu/resendcode or by contacting your admission team member.
Through My ASU Guest Access, you can share your academic records with your parent or guardian, and even better, give them access to pay your tuition and bills. Go to access to your records and accountMy ASU, select the Profile tab at the top and find “Add a Guest” under My ASU Guest Access Permissions.
Once you’ve been admitted and decide you want to attend ASU, your next step is to reserve your spot in the incoming class by submitting the $300 enrollment deposit. The enrollment deposit allows you to begin your next steps toward enrollment, which include registering for Pay your enrollment depositNew Student Orientation, getting your ID card and selecting your room in a residence hall. You can submit your enrollment deposit beginning October 1. If you are an Arizona resident who submitted your FAFSA, you can defer your enrollment deposit and begin your next steps. Your deposit will automatically be paid with your financial aid when it is disbursed in the fall. Additional information about paying your enrollment deposit can be found here.
The New Student Orientation Experience will provide you with the information, resources, tips and tools you need to make a successful transition to college at ASU. You’ll connect with your academic college and finalize your class schedule, become familiar with the ASU campus, learn about opportunities and support networks available to you as a Sun Devil and much more. Through the New Student Orientation Experience, you'll complete three different modules. Once you've paid your enrollment deposit, you'll see a New Student Orientation Experience Priority Task. This will take you to the modules and provide next steps to complete each one. Below you'll find some additional information on each module. Start your New Student Orientation Experience
Take care of essential tasks, including submitting your immunization records, uploading an ASU ID photo, and completing financial aid steps. Estimated completion time: 30 minutes. May be completed at once, or you can save and continue.
These are live, two-hour Zoom sessions. Available dates are based upon your academic college and major. You can sign up or change your registration in the ASU Essentials module.

Access to the New Student Orientation Experience is available after you've submitted your enrollment deposit. Not all modules open at the same time for additional details, check out the New Student Orientation Experience website for additional details and to connect with the ASU New Student Programs team for support.
The 2022–2023 Free Application for Federal Student Aid is available beginning Oct. 1. Submit your completed FAFSA by ASU’s Jan. 15 priority filing date to be considered for the most need-based aid. ASU’s Federal School Code is 001081. Submit your FAFSA and apply for scholarships

Search and apply for departmental and private scholarships through ASU’s Scholarship Portal. The general scholarship application, which is used for many ASU scholarships, is typically available in September and closes by Feb. 1.

All students born after Jan. 1, 1957, are required to meet the following Submit your measles, mumps and rubella immunization recordMMR immunization requirement before classes begin. You can upload required documentation in your ASU My Health Portal. The MMR vaccine is available for a fee at any of ASU's Health Services locations.
All incoming first-year students are required to complete the Math Placement Test to determine the appropriate math course for enrollment. Your score on the Math Placement Test determines the math course for which you will enroll. If you do not have a Math Placement Test score, you will not be able to register for all of your courses at orientation. Complete your Math Placement Test

ASU first-year students live in the residential college of their academic major. Barrett students live in the Barrett residential community for their first two years.
