On-Campus Living

Living in ASU New College’s Residential College will provide you with the opportunity to connect more deeply with your peers. It’s a place to make long-lasting friendships, participate in local activities, engage in community service, participate in floor meetings and activities, and enjoy endless campus-oriented opportunities such as intramural and club sports, nearby hiking and cycling trails, and an array of student organizations.

There are two residential halls at West Campus:

Casa de Oro

The New College Residential College at Casa de Oro is located just steps away from the new Verde Pavilion Dining facility and the Sun Devil Fitness Complex. (You can also check out the map for more information.) It is open to freshmen and sophomores.

Casa de Oro provides:

  • Double-occupancy suite-style units
  • Social lounge
  • Gaming lounge
  • Study rooms
  • Community kitchen for programming use
  • Laundry facilities
  • Business center
  • Interior, landscaped courtyard

Las Casas

Another on-campus living option at West Camps, Las Casas Apartments is located on the west side of campus near the Central Services Complex. (Visit the ASU Map for more information.) It is open to continuing and graduate students.

A three-story complex, Las Casas Apartments provides the following amenities:

  • Two and four bedroom furnished units
  • Shared and/or private bathrooms
  • Full kitchens
  • Inclusive utilities (water, cable and electricity)
  • Laundry facilities
  • Spacious community center
  • Computer lab
  • Swimming pool
  • Sand volleyball court
