Interdisciplinary Arts and Performance Media Lab

 

The IAP Media Lab is a dedicated space that provides the latest technological tools for Interdisciplinary Arts & Performance (IAP) majors.

It is specifically designed to empower students to conceptualize, design, create, and present/perform works of art and productions in the dynamic and ever-expanding field of interdisciplinary arts practice and research. Both IAP majors and students enrolled in elective courses offered within the media lab have access to a diverse range of tools and software in the following categories:

IAP students engage in practical and theoretical studies of visual, sonic, performance, game, and interactive arts to become versatile artists. Students who major in IAP receive extensive preparation for careers as artists, performers and creative professionals; and develop critical backgrounds useful for becoming future teachers and scholars.
