Interdisciplinary Organizational Studies (Minor)

The minor in interdisciplinary organizational studies, offered by the School of Social and Behavioral Studies, is designed to increase understanding of the behavior and the dynamics of individual, group and organizational processes in the workplace. It incorporates perspectives from the behavioral and social sciences, communication studies and management. The minor is learner-centered and allows students to select course work that matches their career and educational goals.
