Professor Waldron’s research considers both face-to-face and technology-mediated forms of communication. He frequently partners with colleagues in allied disciplines such as social work, aging studies and psychology.
Shawn Walker is an Assistant Professor in the School of Social and Behavioral Sciences. He studies social media, online resistance, digital methods, and social media collection, archiving, and analysis.
Dr. Wang is an Associate Professor of Applied Computing in the School of Mathematical and Natural Sciences. She is interested in networking research in general, with emphasis on network data security.
Haiyan Wang is a Professor of Applied Mathematics. His areas of expertise include applied math, differential equations, mathematical biology, online social networks and data science.
Dr. Watanabe is an associate professor who develops mathematical models of biological systems to better understand and predict how chemicals in the environment cause adverse effects in living organisms.

Dr. Wise's research areas include technology and culture, media studies, globalization, and surveillance.
Dr. Kuo earned her Ph.D. in Psycholoy at the University of Arizona, with a focus on Cognition and Neural System.
For the past thirty years I have been teaching sociology at several different colleges and universities: race relations, intro to soc, deviance. I started teaching at ASU in 2012.
