New College Technology Support

New College is priviledged to have an outstanding technology support staff. Following the guidelines established in ADC 125, the NCTST supports all technology needs including configuring computer purchases for faculty and staff, setting up/moving computers, installing software, and repairing hardware. Their specialized services include Blackboard support, Instructor Volume support, server share permissions and campus distribution list permissions. Whatever your technology needs, send an email to NC.Help@asu.edu. Someone from the team will be in contact with you or send your request on to the appropriate department.
