New College is priviledged to have an outstanding technology support staff. Following the guidelines established in ADC 125, the NCTST supports all technology needs including configuring computer purchases for faculty and staff, setting up/moving computers, installing software, and repairing hardware. Their specialized services include Blackboard support, Instructor Volume support, server share permissions and campus distribution list permissions.
