The Organizational Studies Minor is interdisciplinary with required and elective courses offered from the departments of Social and Behavioral Sciences (Psychology, Sociology, Political Science), Communication Studies and Management.
IOS Students will learn about employees functioning in a variety of work settings such as:
- Offices
- Modern assembly lines
- Small Businesses
- Jobs involving risk
- Military
- High Tech Factories without human supervision
- Hospitals
- Educational Organizations
- and other settings
